DIY: Low-Poly Deer & Florals
I am so excited to have a space where I can blog my DIY tutorials!! I know Step-By-Step images can sometimes be easier than watching a video; so I want to share with y'all both formats.
How this project came about?
I am trying to create a little spot in my foyer, where I can drop my keys. I mean; sometimes losing your keys in a 3 story home can be quite a problem and just having it there would be a nice way to keep it organized. Even so, I want some cute little art work there and what's better than to create my own wall-art? I've started to be really interested in Low-Poly art and I've seen them so often at art fairs and festivals and I thought I'd give myself ago at it. This is more so Low-Poly/Mix Medium art---because we are using all sorts of materials; but you can use all three or just one or two. Whatever it is you decide to do; I am sure it will be fantastic!
Please share with me your results using the #HeyKayelle or #Sloabn tags. Also, be sure to tag me so I can see them! I love seeing other people get all creative ya know?

I used that image; and wanted to give a shout to the artist. However, I did modify it bit to fit the acrylic sheet and erased some lines so this is my template.
Acrylic Sheet from Home depot or Amazon but these are 12"X12"
Acrylic Sheet 8"x 10"
I got the floral vintage wallpaper. From 123rf.com and here are the links if you want to support the artist. Summer Meadow Flowers, Apple & Cherry Blossoms, Cherry Flower Blossoms.
